Construction Notes:
COMMISSION-- hat, cape, and pants made by me
Cape and pants are an ivory denim bottom weight. Cape is lined in a black satin, with maroon satin collar and gold trim. Wide gold trim is a gold stretch with pink glitter ribbon. Epaulets are a gold stretch with pink braided cord. Gold cord is a braid.
Hat is a foam base covered in maroon and pink satin. Bill is from another hat, covered in ivory bottom weight, gold stretch, and pink ribbon.
