Construction Notes:

Skirt and jacket made from white cotton blend.  2" horse hair sewn onto the bottom skirt layer, with 1.5" sewn in the top layer.  Jacket is lined in a silver satin, and lined in faux fur. Hat is a foam base covered in red satin.

Fur trim added to socks, and sleeves made from cutting a long sleeved shirt and hemmed in the ends.
