Construction Notes:

The dress is a dark blue suiting, with the grey center made from a stretch bottomweight.  The skirt of the dress has two triangular inserts added-- one on each side.  The trim is a woven burlap-looking gold ribbon folded over the hem.  The neck piece is made from the same blue suiting and gold trim, and is attached by the white vinyl "flowers".  The white neck trim is a white ribbon top stitched on.

The cape is a red t-shirt knit, with the black insert hood made from a ponte knit, with scalloped edges.  The chest belt is a brown faux-leather strap system, attached to a worbla ring painted black.  Buttons are non-functional.

The cape clasps are black worbla painted gold with safety pins attached on the back, with a gold jewelry chain attached in the middle.  The belt is 2mm foam flowers over clear 2in pin buttons, covered in worbla and painted gold, before attached to a gold chain around the waist.  The arm warmers are pre-purchased girls black leggings, cut off and hemmed.  The headband is white vinyl over a regular headband, with floral trim covering it and trimmed to shape.

Wig was purchased off Taobao and styled accordingly.
