Construction Notes:

First and foremost, I followed the game's design for the uniform.  The pants are a plaid suiting with a slight gradient dye going from dark to lighter from the waist to the leg.

The under blazer is actually sleeveless, made from a black cotton and lined in a red crepe satin.  The buttons are decorative.  The outer jacket has no top collar, as it would be hidden by the inner jacket's collar anyways.  It's made from a dark charcoal grey suiting, unlined.  The trim was handsewn on, and the rolled up sleeve does not unroll/is a shorter sleeve.  The squares on the collar are cotton what was heat-bonded on.  The hat is a pre-purchased wool hat dyed dark red.

The undershirt, tie, and gauze were purchased.

Wig is a Taobao wig with grey wefts sewn into it.
